▶ Technical error resulting in transaction failure.
▶ Payment made for a service/product not rendered or cancelled by us.
▶ Non-utilization of paid service within the applicable period.

B. Non-Refundable Conditions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
▶ Change of mind or voluntary withdrawal after payment.
▶ Breach of terms and conditions by the user.
▶ Services already rendered or partially availed.
▶ Delays or issues caused due to user’s incorrect/incomplete information.

C. Refund Request Procedure
To request a refund, users must:
▶ Submit a written refund request within 7 days of the payment date.
▶ Include transaction details, proof of payment, and reason for the request.
▶ Email the request to refund@nipserscholarship.in or submit via the refund form on the portal.

D. Processing Time
▶ Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
▶ Refunds will be issued to the original mode of payment.
▶ Confirmation of the refund process will be sent via email.

E. Dispute Resolution
▶ If you disagree with a refund decision, you may file an appeal by contacting our support team at appeal@nipserscholarship.in within 5 days of the decision notice.

F. Changes to the Refund Policy
▶ We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revision date.
